1 Kick-Off Meeting
In the first step, we get to know your goals and jointly define the plan for the implementation of the joint UX and UI design.
The Kick-Off ensures
Clear scope of the project for all stakeholder
Identification of unknown requirements & constraints for the development of the user interface
We also work out a project roadmap and get to know the product, style guides, guidelines and further restrictions.

We then condense everything into a final Design Brief
2 User Interaction Concept
We develop an initial interaction concept for your user interface, creating the basis for the UX and UI-Design.
The Interaction Concept ensures
Seamless and easy to use integration of all main operating functions
Navigation structure that match for the target user groups, their tasks & use environment.
We present this to you in the form of wireframes and further descriptions for enhanced interactions.

We then incorporate your feedback into this concept.
3 UX Test
To obtain valuable feedback at a stage where changes are still easy, we test this interface concept early on in user tests.
The UX Tests ensures
Identification of user acceptance of the presented solution
Derivation of optimization potentials regarding the user experience of the product
This approach enables us to gradually achieve a measurably better UX.

We then integrate findings into a refined prototype for further evaluations & reviews.
4 User Interface Demonstrator
We develop an interactive prototype to demonstrate the user experience of the future product by including the graphical design taking your guidelines and the industry requirements into account.
The Interface Demonstrator ensures
Visualize the functionality, layout & flow of the user interface (UI)
Gathering of feedback by stakeholders, developers and users before full-scale development
We present this to you in the form of a click dummy and user interface specifications for subsequent frontend development.

We then conduct iterative UX tests and design sprints based on the complexity of the product.
5 Result Presentation & Next Steps
At the end of our UX and user interface design project, you will receive a presentation of the results.
The Result Presentation ensures
Ensuring that no questions and expectations remain unaddressed.
Finalization and handover of all project results.
We conduct this through a remote or onsite meeting with all relevant project team roles.

We also discuss the next steps and the product roadmap together, recommending further activities in UX and UI design.
